| She was one of our early Shemale Island models when the site first opened and we had seen her a few times around but never got her for the site. That changed recenly when our female photographer from Phuket got a hold of her and got her in this great outdoor series, which shows her in some beautiful and sexy poses. Working at The Tangmo Cabater for 4 years now, Helen and friends can be seen doing their thing twice nightly at the Tangmo in the Royal Paradise complex in Patong Beach.
